Large Umbilical Hernia and Mesh Repair
A side-by-side view of a large umbilical hernia and its surgical repair using a reinforcing mesh. This highlights the hernia before reduction and the secure placement of the mesh to strengthen the abdominal wall. It visually demonstrates the transformation from defect to repair.

Sebaceous Cyst Removal
These images show the removal of a large sebaceous cyst from the thigh, performed under local anesthesia by Dr. Bhagyesh Patel. A sebaceous cyst is a benign, non-cancerous lump that forms beneath the skin when an oil gland becomes blocked. While generally painless, such cysts may grow, become uncomfortable, or develop infection over time. In this case, the cyst and its capsule were completely excised to prevent recurrence. The procedure was carried out safely, and the patient was discharged the same day with minimal recovery time.

Skin Papilloma excision
Papilloma is a benign skin condition causing discomfort in form of pain as well as cosmetic aspect. Removal includes day care surgery with fine recovery.

Acute Appendicitis
Acute appendicitis is a clinical condition presented with severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting and fever in some cases. Clinical diagnosis is supported with laboratory investigations and Ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis. Patient requires emergency surgery of Appendicectomy to avoid complications such as perforation, abscess or lump formation.

Adult Hernia - Mesh Repair
Hernia is a condition with popping out of intestine from a defect inside the abdominal wall layers such as facia. Initially asymptomatic, but later on causes pain, discomfort, bulging and severe vomiting in case of obstruction of intestine inside the hernial sac. Surgical cure with mesh repair gives best results and one can be prevented from devastating complications such as obstruction, gangrene of the bowel.

Biopsy - Chest Wall Tumour
Patient was operated for biopsy from chest wall tumour, the histopathology report of which came out as Tuberculosis and patient was cured with complete course of Anti Tuberculosis treatment.

Chronic Lesion Over Forearm
In a very interesting case, a young chap presented with forearm lesion for a period of more than one year. Patient was operated for 2 times for thorn removal. Dr. Bhagyesh operated the patient under general anaesthesia and removed 4 thorns from the lesion and patient was ultimately cured within 10 days!

Excision - SCC ear lobe
A 70 years old farmer with ear lobe lesion for 5 years, was operated for Excision biopsy of ear lobe lesion, which turned out to be squamous cell carninoma and patient was totally cured.

Cancerous Lip Lesion — Surgical Excision and Reconstruction
These images show the surgical management of a cancerous lesion located on the lower lip. The procedure was performed by Dr. Bhagyesh Patel under sterile surgical conditions. Lip cancer can appear as a persistent wound, growth, ulcer, or crusted lesion and requires timely medical intervention. In this case, the affected tissue was fully excised with safe margins to remove the cancerous area and prevent recurrence. Following removal, the lip was carefully reconstructed to restore shape, function, and appearance. The surgery was completed successfully, and the patient tolerated the procedure well.
